Returns & Exchanges
There will be no returns or exchange on SALE items.
We will accept returns that do not fit correctly or are faulty and swap them for the right size if available.
All confirmed faulty items will be refunded upon request.

If the item (or items) are being exchanged it must be in perfect condition and have all original tags, packaging & Boxes. If the item is fragile, please place its box within another box to insure safety.

- Before returning any item, email us (tibetshop@bonshenling.org) or call us at (011) 917-300-9254 during shop trading hours to receive your Authorized Returns Number. No goods will be accepted back without a Authorized Returns Number.
- All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your Authorized Returns Number.
- Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser. In the case of faulty goods, shipping costs will be refunded.

Five flags per string in each of the five colors: red, blue, green, white and yellow.
Each flag is printed in Tibetan and features the short version of the full Eight Sherab Chammas text as well as the Om Ma Wa Ma mantra of Sherab Chamma, the Bon Great Loving Mother.
Individual flags are 8.5" W x 10" H. Full string is approximately 5' long.
