Returns & Exchanges
There will be no returns or exchange on SALE items.
We will accept returns that do not fit correctly or are faulty and swap them for the right size if available.
All confirmed faulty items will be refunded upon request.

If the item (or items) are being exchanged it must be in perfect condition and have all original tags, packaging & Boxes. If the item is fragile, please place its box within another box to insure safety.

- All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your Authorized Returns Number.
- Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser. In the case of faulty goods, shipping costs will be refunded.

Lama Chodpa - The Natural Tibetan Incense
This incense is hand prepared traditionally according to the instructions of ancient Tibetan manuscripts. It is made from 31 mediciinal herbs and other natural precious substances that lend the incense a blissful touch. The gathering of the ingredients caused no ecological damage. Use the natural incense to relax and invigorate your mind at the same time as purifying your environment. The wrapping paper is also hand made by a Tibetan community in northern India and hand printed in Tashi Jong.
