Returns & Exchanges
There will be no returns or exchange on SALE items.
We will accept returns that do not fit correctly or are faulty and swap them for the right size if available.
All confirmed faulty items will be refunded upon request.
Store credits available.
If the item (or items) are being exchanged it must be in perfect condition and have all original tags, packaging & Boxes. If the item is fragile, please place its box within another box to insure safety.
If you are returning an item
- Before returning any item, email us (tibetshop@bonshenling.org) or call us at (011) 917-300-9254 during shop trading hours to receive your Authorized Returns Number. No goods will be accepted back without a Authorized Returns Number.
- All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your Authorized Returns Number.
- Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser. In the case of faulty goods, shipping costs will be refunded.
